Our Place's Always Pan replaces a fry pan, sauté pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, saucepan, non-stick pan, spatula, and spoon rest. The 2.0 version uses their Thermakind™ ceramic-based non-stick — no PFOA, no PFAS, no PTFE, no lead, no cadmium.
We've used the original for two years and the new ceramic coating handles eggs better than the first generation, deglazes cleanly, and oven-safe to 450°F. Thoughtful design: the lid doubles as a steamer basket; the wood spoon nests in the side; the modular handle works for left- and right-handers.
