The review
Why we put this on the shelf.
The Garza family started Siete because the matriarch had autoimmune issues that kept her from grain. The almond flour tortilla is a quiet revolution: it tastes like a tortilla, holds together for tacos, and works in quesadillas. The cassava-coconut version is also great if you avoid almonds.
